Tracker revision: smaller, stickier.

The original tracker sheet was A4, portrait. It lived on the wall for six weeks and accumulated enough eraser dust to coat the bottom two rows. The kids stopped using the bottom rows.
V3 tracker is half the height, horizontal, and uses smaller cells. We also switched to a dedicated spot for each kid rather than shared rows. Maren claimed the top. Eli took the bottom-left. Nobody argued.
Smaller means you update it more. That's the real lesson.
